setting on the couch, watching TV and not getting the very most out of life.
I did lose confidence in his self help when he expressed his disbelief of a Higher Power. I have
been able to reach higher goals with a strong belief. If he exclude this, I think his book would
carry more punch, but with that aside, I will give
a three for what could have been a five.

The training sessions are quite interesting. It was worth the read.
Simple, but powerful....a reminder that success is sacrifice, practice and hard work. I am going to experiment with this until I know what works for me!
This book gives good motivation, has strong references to situations that make you think, gives lots of energy and dust off all negative behavior from your mind
Other than editing, this is a fabulous book. Simple and executable.
